Clean and awesome hotel with free parking 😊.

We have stayed in this wonderful hotel for 1 night, everything was perfect, the location was stunning lucky to have an incredible view of St Sofia's cathedral. The staff was responsive, the breakfast was rich. Neat and huge room, it had central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe box. Location: the venue was just next door to Zhytomyr which is the most comfortable middle stop over while travelling from western to eastern part, the discotheque and Ukraine in 10 years of visiting there.

Wonderful staff with excellent services and friendly helpful staff, brand-new, tidy rooms...

The hotel is in a great location, close to St Sofia's cathedral and Assumption Church. The staff is courteous and helpful. The breakfast selection is super and delicious. The room is brand-new, spacious, and has an amazing view. Reasonably priced food is available in the outdoor restaurant nearby.

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room with a large balcony and air conditioning, which was important for us, and the service was very helpful, including a smooth check-in process; also, parking on site was convenient.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in the city center. The value for money was remarkable, as the prices were quite affordable for the quality of the accommodation. Freebies and Location We enjoyed the complementary water bottles and the tea and coffee maker in the room. the location was great, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. We also liked the proximity to the park and the museum.

Unpleasant Bathroom and Poor Service Unfortunately, the bathroom had a bad smell and the hotel staff did not seem to care about it. the service overall was poor, with slow breakfast service and unhelpful staff.
